Hi, I'm Julie Bickerton (previously known as Nomad) and I've been running pregnancy and baby classes in Stamford for over 17 years. It is my aim to create a safe space for mums and babies to flourish and feel confident, calm and capable. Starting with baby massage (from newborn to 6 months) these classes will give you many tools to help and support you, not just through massage but to give you useful, practical and life changing skills to help you with the daily challenges of being a parent. Mum and baby yoga classes (from 4 months to cruising) guide you to move with your baby, your body and your soul so that you can feel joyful and confident in your ability as a mother, deepening the bond with your baby. Being together as a village of mums gives you plenty of time and quiet space to learn about your baby and support for you to navigate the challenges of being a new parent. common postpartum concerns such as diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. My classes focus on rebuilding core strength, enhancing flexibility, and promoting overall well-being.

Mama- Mel Fitness.
Mama- Mel are offering mama and mini fitness classes which are starting on Tuesday 10th September at 10.15 in the lovely Easton on the Hill village hall.
The venue has parking, toilets and plenty of room for feeding and changing.
Join Mel for a fun, social and relaxed circuit-based fitness class where little ones (from 8 weeks to school age) are welcome to join in the fun too!

Grow to Glow Fitness

Grow to glow fitness is run by Caroline Hemming.
I'm a personal trainer and support ante and postnatal women with core, pelvic floor and overall fitness.
I can visit you at home or online for training.
